Please note that by shipping your watch back to us, you assume all shipping and customs risks.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We don’t accept return and offer refund for personal issues e.g. if the products is too big/small; you decided you don’t like the products; it’s not for you; you need the money; it's not what you expect, etc. It’s the customers’ responsibility to do research on a potential product before purchasing.
If a refund case can’t be avoided, you will need to ship the products back to us. We will issue the refund to you only AFTER we received the products. The product must be in brand new condition with all the plastic wrappings and accessories, if any, intact.
The amount refunded will minus 20% restocking fees and the original shipping cost.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you account.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
